Rules and guidelines governing portal usage and purchase of academic resources on CASAU Online.
1 Educational License
When purchasing any academic resource (such as Schemes of Work, Lesson Plans, Logbooks, Exams, or Subject Notes) through CASAU Online, you receive a Single-User Non-Transferable Educational License for personal teaching or learning purposes.
2 Payments & Instant Downloads
All document prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). All payments are processed securely via encrypted digital payment gateways. Upon payment confirmation:
- The system immediately provides an instant download button for your PDF file.
- An official receipt and secure download link are also dispatched to your email address.
- You can redownload your purchased resources at any time using your order reference.
3 Intellectual Property Rights
All resource content, logos, literary analyses, and curriculum guidelines available on this portal are the intellectual property of the Catholic Schools Academic Union (CASAU) and verified authors. Reproduction, resale, or unauthorized commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
4 Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of downloadable PDF files, once a resource is verified as downloaded or delivered to your email address, all sales are considered final. If you experience any technical difficulty opening your file, our technical support team will re-issue a fresh copy free of charge.
5 Prohibited Conduct
- Reselling or redistributing purchased resources on Telegram groups, WhatsApp, or unauthorized websites.
- Attempting to bypass portal security or gain unauthorized download access without payment.
- Providing false or fraudulent information during checkout processing.
6 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.
